Geotechnical Engineer in Training
J.R. Paine & Associates Ltd. requires one individual with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering for a newly created full time position in our expanding Edmonton operation. The position will include site location of testholes, logging of testholes, analysis of test data, and writing of geotechnical reports including recommendations. Pile inspections and other geotechnical field and lab work will be involved. The goal is to train the individual towards becoming an experienced professional geotechnical engineer with our firm, achieving P. Eng. status with APEGA. Some travel within central and northern Alberta, as well as overtime should be expected.
The start date will be immediate upon hiring.
