At J.R. Paine & Associates Ltd., our 50 year heritage began with our founder John Richard (Dick) Paine, a graduate of the Civil Engineering program at the University of Saskatchewan.
Over the last half century, under visionary leadership at JR Paine, our client’s benefit from our team’s expertise, innovation, and extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Since its inception, JR Paine has operated with offices in Edmonton and Grande Prairie. In 1988, the company opened an office in Peace River. J.R. Paine opened and maintained an office in Whitehorse, Yukon from 1978 to 2010. Hoggan Engineering & Testing (1980) Ltd. was acquired in 1987 and operates as a sister company.
