JR Paine provides a wide range of engineering and consulting services to all levels of government across Western Canada including municipal, regional, provincial, territorial, and federal governments as well as government agencies.  We have been involved on a diverse range of projects, many with unique challenges.  We have provided remote location studies for forestry lookout towers; airport runway investigations; building and infrastructure work for military, healthcare, education, social services, parks; and related government facilities.

We have extensive geotechnical and materials testing experience for highways, bridges, retaining walls, and related public infrastructure.  We provide services to municipalities for water and sewer treatment facilities, sewerage infrastructure, outfalls, roads, and related public works.  We also address geohazards including slope stability issues, and top-of-slope set back assessments.
